Scope
This policy describes how Neural Command, LLC (Croutons) handles information submitted through croutons.ai, including the contact form, the booking calendar, AI-agent bookings and materials shared for a diagnosis.
Information we collect
- Contact details you provide: name, email, company and role.
- Booking details: the session, time and time zone you choose, and any note you add.
- Work samples you choose to send for a diagnosis: logs, workflows, URLs, exports or related files.
- Standard website telemetry such as page requests and basic device metadata, and a hashed IP address used only for rate limiting.
How we use information
We use it to answer inquiries, schedule and run agreed diagnosis work, prevent spam and abuse, improve the product and operate the website. We do not sell personal information.
Processors
The site, booking calendar and database run on Cloudflare (Pages, D1 and Turnstile). Booking and contact emails are sent through our email delivery provider. Video calls use Google Meet. Each provider processes data under its own terms.
Retention and your rights
Booking records are kept for 24 months. Diagnosis materials are kept only as long as the engagement needs them unless a longer period is agreed in writing. To see, correct or delete your data, write to hi@croutons.ai.
